There are thirty-one rooms at The Establishment that come in two moods: light, crisp and clean or dark, seductive and bold. The rooms are spacious with generous en-suite bathrooms. Each of the rooms contain free Wi-Fi, business desk, mini-bar, DVD and CD player, data and voice port connection, cable television, in-room safe, touch-screen room control console. Check into one of the two huge penthouses for the ultimate indulgence, both offering a king size bed and spread over two floors. Amongst The Establishment’s impressive bars are the long Establishment Bar, where you’ll never feel cramped (think forty-two metres of marble bar) and the Gin Garden (chose from over twenty-four different types of gin), and the award winning restaurant Est. Whether you are short of time or have days to explore Sydney, we think The Establishment is the perfect place to stay.
