why we like it
As well as the spectacular views and airy, luxurious rooms, we love the restaurant and spa. In the restaurant, Chef Matthew Upson cooks unbelievably fresh, sophisticated dishes carefully mixing culinary styles and tastes from all over the world. The spa use the amazing Australian-made Li’Tiya treatments, which go perfectly with the incredible ocean views. Just don’t be surprised if you find yourself drifting off during your massage.
And the icing on the cake is the walk-in wine cellar. Help yourself to Bollinger Champagnes and more, all included in the price of your room. What more could you ask for?
