Featuring cheeses from Switzerland to Japan, and Mexico to Australia, this is the cheese highlight of the culinary calendar. The sheer number and diversity of cheese is astonishing where not only can you taste it, but watch it being made, and even give a hand in the process yourself. There’s even a seminar on cheese and donkey carts to jump aboard and enjoy a lunch of, well, cheese.
