We love challenging pre-conceptions, and when we set foot in Israel, it really surprised us (in the best possible way). Doing things differently is refreshing, and far more interesting than following the crowd. That is why we have dedicated this space to tell you all about our findings in what, we think, could soon be one of the hippest places in the world.
