Location
Jnane Tamsna lies in the Palmeraie, the palm groves on the outskirts of Marrakech, also known as the City’s garden. It’s the ideal spot to escape from the bustle of the city for a few days, and unwind surrounded by nature in its state of perfection. Only an hour’s drive from the airport, you can be relaxing by the pool right after you touch down.

The owners – Meryanne Loum-Martin, a French-Senegalese lawyer-turned-designer and her husband Gary Martin, an American ethno-botanist have collected their know how to create this stunning property. Decor aficionados, indulge yourselves Each of the 10 rooms in the main house are uniquely designed by Meryanne renowned for her sober chic and eclectic mix of styles with an African twist. Think colourful woven Moroccan fabrics, handpicked antique objects d’art, Syrian chests and tables with mother-of-pearl inlays, ancient carved wooden doors, and Meryanne’s own creations. Each room has its own bathroom packed with sweet smelling, organic herbal bath products, canopy beds and terraces overlooking the Atlas Mountains.
