For your next big getaway, tuck into a hearty slice of wildlife, throw in with a pinch of Middle Eastern spice, and wash it down with some cooling island relaxation. Our travel experts have curated a sensational eleven-night journey across three uniquely contrasting destinations. In Zanzibar, your exotic escapade awaits, with a captivating private tour through Stone Town alongside a skilled historian. Onto Tanzania, where our safari guides will bring you closer to the dynamic game-viewing experiences in the iconic Serengeti National Park. The trip wraps up in Oman, where our guides will uncover the spice markets and alluring souks of Muscat before setting sail in a private catamaran to the deserted beaches and untouched reefs that surround the Dimaniyat islands.

Recharge on the beaches of Zanzibar

Your experience begins with three nights in picturesque Zanzibar, where our driver will be waiting to warmly greet you at the airport and bring you to Zawadi Hotel. Drop your bags and let your troubles melt away in your private pool or with a revitalising massage on your private terrace. Swim, snorkel and dive in the Indian Ocean, spotting wild dolphins and weaving around the colour-splashed reefs. As the sun sets over Zanzibar, we can arrange an exclusive sunset Dhow cruise along the glistening ocean before returning to a fresh seafood dinner under the stars. As you depart Zanzibar, our expert guide will lead you down to Stone Town to explore its charming spice markets and unusual architecture. From there, we head to Africa’s mainland for the second part of your adventure: Tanzania.

A unique safari experience in the Serengeti

Whisking you across to Kilimanjaro Airport, our driver will take you onto your new home for the next four nights: Mwiba Lodge. Wreathed by massive stone boulders, the lodge boasts extraordinary vistas across a rocky gorge on the Arugusinyai River. The chic suites create an intimate oasis to relax in between thrilling drives through the rugged landscapes of the Serengeti. Throughout your time here, you’ll experience the differences in wildlife encounters between early morning and night drives. Return to delicious breakfasts set up in the bush and embark on exhilarating walking safaris, mingling with local tribes. You’ll even have the opportunity to sleep beneath a star-spangled sky during a unique fly-camping experience in the heart of the African bush, complete with a memorable candlelit dinner with the backing soundtrack of animals roaming through the trees.

Catamarans, Mosques and Arabian Nights in Oman

The final leg of your journey will take you to an entirely new environment and culture: Oman. Where the majestic Al Hajar Mountains meet their luminous reflection in the serene waters of the Gulf of Oman, The Chedi Hotel rests in-between. An urban oasis set amidst a 21-acre luscious garden with Omani villas and guestrooms, for two nights you’ll unwind among the Arabian surroundings. We’ll arrange for you to visit Muscat with one of our expert guides to explore the impressive Grand Mosque, elegant souks and numerous museums with the delicious food markets and spice bazaars not to be missed. Checking out of The Chedi, you’ll venture three hours out of Muscat, speeding through the enchanting Wahiba Sands desert landscapes in a 4×4. Experience a remarkable night glamping under the stars at the alluring Desert Night Camp, waking up to breakfast among the dunes.

Ending your journey with more adventure, you’ll embark on a private catamaran cruise down to the Dimaniyat Islands. These remote islands are a protected nature reserve on the Omani coast that many do not get to see, a true hidden gem. You’ll cruise along the coastline, visiting the islands in complete seclusion and do a spot of swimming and fishing along the way. If you want one last ‘wow’, your guide will take you on an epic diving excursion in search of whale sharks. Before tomorrow’s flight home from Muscat Airport, you’ll returning to The Chedi for one final night savouring those perfect memories of a truly out-of-this-world experience.
