We want to talk with you and find out just what makes your perfect trip. We will never suggest package based trips, (bespoke is our mantra) nor do you have to know exactly where you want to go or what you want to do before you get in touch.

Simply give us a call or drop us an email for some inspiration. Maybe you’re after a particular type of time off work or are looking for a trip that meets the travel mood you are in. No problem. Inspiration is what we are all about and our insightful and friendly staff love to craft together the perfect trip for you.

pre-departure

Once we have created the perfect trip for you, the Black Tomato experience doesn’t stop and only start again when you get to your destination. Before you leave we will send you our ‘Arts of Travel’, a pack of goodies including a book and CD to get you in the mood for your trip and provide you with the perfect accompaniment for the journey to your destination.

And when you’re there? Well, we can be as supportive or as hands off as you want. Before you leave, we will share with you our up to the minute inside knowledge on what to do and where to go. Essentially how to get under the skin of the destination when you are there. If you would like us to go a step further and make bookings when you are there and organize additional activities then that’s not a problem either. The long and short of it is that if you ever change your mind or want some new ideas whilst away, we are just a phone call away and will ensure that your trip continues to be the perfect travel experience that we have planned for you.

So the trip ends and then its back to the reality of the real world. Never a nice feeling we know. Even if it’s just a weekend away, the reality of the office or the same old, same old after a wonderful experience is often hard to stomach. We like to think we have all aspects of the journey covered and importantly realize that both the ‘pre-departure’ and ‘back to the real world’ aspects of any trip are key to get right. A journey with us begins as soon as you pick up the phone and we are constantly looking for more ways to build magic into every aspect of it.

At the end of the day, travel is about collecting wonderful memories to store away and re-visit for the rest of your life. We want to give you the very best travel memories and we truly believe that taking a trip with Black Tomato will do just that.
