Three Month Editorial Internship in the UK London Head Office.

Ideally, we’re looking for someone who

• Has a passion for travel
• Has a love of words – previous writing experience is valuable
• Possesses a good grasp on all things social media related and ideas to share
• Is creative, outgoing, proactive and organised
• Has experience using WordPress and Photoshop
• Is proficient using Microsoft Word

The primary purpose of the role is to research and produce engaging editorial-style content for various online campaigns spanning international tourism boards, leading hotel groups, luxury travel and lifestyle brands. As well as co-ordinating social media to promote our partners, the successful candidate will help build webpages and microsites by uploading content and imagery. The role and company structure is very much hands-on and dynamic, you’ll be working within a creative, busy team and will be part of regular campaign planning sessions.The position is unpaid but we’ll refund travel for Zones 1-2 in London.

Three Month Marketing Internship in the UK London Head Office.

Ideally, we’re looking for someone who

• Is passionate about travel
• Flawless and enthusiastic writing skills (show us your blogs and journals)
• Is proactive, helpful and ready to get involved with a busy team
• Keeps an eye on what’s hot and what’s not

This roles will take on the following responsibilities:

• Help with Black Tomato’s social media identities, as well as work on writing articles for Black Tomato and PINCH magazine, researching potential contributors and brands to work with, and work to improve our social media presence. We’re also looking for someone with an interest in SEO/website development to help continually improve the Black Tomato website.
• Work with our internal PR team reporting and tracking coverage, researching new ideas and destinations, managing PR requests from journalists, researching target publications, helping organise press trips and sourcing imagery as well as lots of other bits.
• Assist in researching and writing about new experiences, as well as image sourcing, editing, and writing relevant news articles.

Three Month Sales Internship in UK Head Office

We’re looking for a new sales intern to come and lend a hand with administrative functions in the Black Tomato sales team.

Ideally, we’re looking for someone who:

• Is passionate about travel
• Is enthusiastic and hard working
• Is ready to get involved in a hard-working, fast paced team

The sales intern will be required to fit into the sales team, under the Head Administrator, and assist with the following daily tasks:

• Updating of sales spreadsheets and Customer Relations Management database
• Tracking and logging live travel enquiries as they come in
• Producing, writing up and sending client facing documentation
• Helping to develop a new client proposal scheme
• Making various orders and managing deliveries on a weekly basis

Key skills:

• Attention to detail
• Confident with MS Word
• Time management
• Some knowledge of the Black Tomato brand
