We’re a multi-award winning bespoke, luxury travel company with offices in London and New York, on the hunt for a passionate, detail-oriented London-based Product Executive.  This role would suit someone looking to move into Product from a Sales role, or someone new to the industry with a high level of enthusiasm and business savvy.

This role will support our ongoing efforts to deliver the best travel experiences for our clients by assisting our Product Managers and Travel Experts in researching & developing new itineraries and destination offerings, networking & negotiating with our key suppliers, and maintaining the quality of all the experiences we offer.

Reporting to our Product Development Manager and Commercial Product Manager (UK based), the Product Executive will play a key role in developing Black Tomato’s growth and contributing to the overall performance of our fast-paced, forward-thinking business.

Main Responsibilities

  • Copywriting for our website & reservations system
  • Adapting website content in line with marketing priorities
  • Supplier networking, both in our offices and at external events
  • Researching new destinations and experiences
  • Database entry
  • Pricing analysis
  • Competitor analysis
  • Creating & analysing production reports to identify key sales trends
  • Health & Safety auditing of our existing & new product
  • Administrative support for our Product Managers
  • Ad-hoc support for the Marketing/Retention teams

Skills & Experience Required

  • Strong writing skills and attention to detail
  • Knowledge of luxury travel destinations, hotels and experiences (can be developed in the role)
  • Experience in a previous role in the luxury travel industry an advantage
  • Strong quantitative skills and confidence working with spreadsheets
  • Highly organised with the ability to prioritise, manage own time and multi-task
  • Must be technologically savvy; working knowledge of WordPress and proficiency in Photoshop or a design suite would be beneficial albeit not obligatory
  • Understanding of key SEO principles a strong advantage (but not essential)
