In a city full of gourmands and a hotel that boasts a staggering 14 bars and restaurants, a hidden gem is a truly rare find. But find one we have. The Waiting Room may suggest something akin to a lobby bar, but the reality couldn’t be more different. Soft melodic jazz notes will draw you in, whilst the old world cocktail menu and single malt whiskies will keep you here into the small hours.
