Or head into Snaefellsjokul National Park for glacier hikes, snowmobiles and ice climbs aplenty.

Why we like it

Ok. We can’t talk about Iceland and not mention the Northern Lights. Far from the city lights of Reykjavik in a remote corner of West Iceland; Hotel Budir is up there with our favourite places to spot them.
