Location
Only 15 minutes from the airport and a short taxi ride away from Ibiza town, life is easy staying at Nobu. Ibiza’s most famous nightclub, Pacha, is within walking distance for all you party animals, but far enough not to disturb any light sleepers amongst you. For a delightful day trip, the harbour is a stone’s throw away from where you can sail across to the lovely island of Formentera.
Your room
The 152 designer rooms and suites at Nobu are a beach lover’s paradise and give a luxurious island vibe. With floor to ceiling windows, most of which overlook the dazzling Mediterranean Sea, and a colour palette of whites, blues and golds, the rooms at Nobu are lavish but unpretentious – ideal for somewhere like Ibiza with its laidback chic vibe. The suites are a real treat though and we loved the spacious outdoor lounge and dining areas.
Why we like it
The name of the hotel probably gives it away, but we love the food at Nobu Hotel. Nobu Restaurant epitomises destination dining and you simply must try its famous Yellowtail Sashimi with Jalapeno. Meanwhile, the more casual but just as fabulous Chambao, Peyotito and Celicioso are perfect for light bites in the sun and cocktails at sundown. All four restaurants, however, serve delicious food in idyllic settings which will leave you spoilt for choice day after day.
