HOW TO SEE THE WORLD WITHOUT SEEING ANOTHER SOUL

Once you’ve stepped off the jet, the yacht, the helicopter – where next?

For those moments when you want to get away but don’t want to see a single soul, sometimes even the most luxurious of hotels simply won’t cut it. For those moments, private villas, exclusive use estates and buyouts hold the answer.

Whether it’s a big family get together or a milestone birthday with friends, we have access to some of the world’s most exclusive properties, properties you won’t always find with an internet search. From grand palazzos in Venice to remote safari lodges in Botswana and beach hideaways on the Riviera Mayathese are the places to forget that the rest of the world exists. Whilst some boast hotel-style service and facilities, others offer the ultimate customisation as we staff your property with whoever you need.

Our Favorite Private Villas & Homes

The pinnacle of private, through each corner of the world we have traveled, we have encountered some of the most jawdropping private properties. Places so private, you wouldn’t know they’re there till you’re at the door. Places you can’t access by conventional roads. Places which push luxury to the extreme. You just have to know where to find them.

That’s where we come in. Tell us a bit about yourself, who you are and what kind of experience you’re looking for, and we’ll do the rest. From sourcing the villa to staffing it with everyone and everything you might need, whether that’s a private chefyoga teacher or boat captain (and the boat to match, too).

For a taste, there’s the private Ibizan island of Sa Ferradura with its two poolsOriental-style spa and 20 staff as standardSirai House, where we’ll organize a private safari experience through ethereal LaikipiaLazy Lizard with its private beach and tennis court on a speck of an island off the coast of Antigua. Or, the intimate Logger’s Lodge with space enough for two where we’ll set you off on midnight snowmobile safaris in search of the Northern Lights.

Our Favorite Villa Resorts

If you’re craving the privacy of a villa but are reluctant to leave behind the trappings of hotel service, all is not lost. Villa resorts can be a great solution when you’re in need of your own space as well as a broad range of facilities. There’s a flexibility to be had here, dine in the resort restaurant if you wish, but if you’d rather not, we can send a private chef to you no problem. You’ll also benefit from private butler service, meaning everything you could need will be at your fingertips.

Villa resorts are a great solution when traveling with a slightly smaller group too, with accommodationss typically ranging between one and five bedrooms. Some of our favorites include the palatial Amanzoe in Greece with its private beach club, the reclusive Annandale on New Zealand’s Banks Peninsula (head to Seascape for an intimate escape for two) and the uninhibited exclusivity of the Seychelles’ North Island.

Our Favorite Hotels to Takeover

It may sound extravagant, but hotel buyouts can be a great option for larger groups seeking a private space. They are the perfect answer to ‘no villa big enough’ and the desire to be the only guests. Coming in all shapes and sizes, from intimate eight-bedroom lodges to sprawling 40-person estates, buyouts open the doors to your perfect stay.

Most hotels will offer buyouts – it’s simply a case of knowing who to ask and planning with sufficient notice. That’s where we can help. We’ve spent years cultivating relationships with top hotels so that with just one phone call you’ll have the run of the house. We know the properties where buyouts work best, Borgo Egnazia in Puglia for a big celebration for instance, but we also know how to tie in a range of unique experiences and how to get everyone there, on time and in the right room.

Logistics matter when it comes to buyouts. There are a lot of moving parts, with these trips often resembling a blend of private travel and mini-event. Thankfully, we not only have a wealth of experience in organising private travel, but in running events too. There’s no group too small or too large, simply tell us your requirements, and we’ll do the rest.

Our Favorite Private Islands

Nowhere says escapism quite like a private island. The ultimate retreat from the world, these aren’t places you can simply stumble across. Exuding an aura of impregnable exclusivity to those looking in, the gloss proves to be skin deep once you set foot on their silken sands.

Arriving by private planes, helicopters or speedboats – but never roads – these private islands combine all our favorite elements of private villas and hotel service into one paradisiacal drop in the ocean. They range between anything from the slick modernism of Four Seasons Voavah in the Maldives to the castaway luxury of Coral Caye off the coast of Belize with Necker Island in the BVIs sat neatly in between. Just as we can take over hotels, we can take over islands too – Zil Pasyon, we’re looking at you.

So, if you need to escape, we know where to take you.

…and you’ll miss it

Nothing says private quite like accommodations that will never exist for anyone else. That’s exactly what you’ll get with Blink. A hotel custom-designed to your precise requirements, everything from the scatter cushions to the crockery. Because it’s yours to design, it’s yours to locate too. So go where your heart takes you; the depths of Argentine Patagonia perhaps, the recesses of Arches National Park or the swathes of Morocco’s Agafay DesertYour opinion is the only one that matters.
