Villa 32

Villa 32 is a gorgeous spa retreat located in Taiwan’s hot springs district. Nestled within the mountain valley, the hotel has a luscious natural feel to it surrounded by ancient trees, trickling waters and surreal misty vistas over the valley. Villa 32 is located in the Bietou District, only a 5 minute walk from Xin Beitou MRT Station and a 45 minute drive from Taiwan’s international airport.

Villa 32 isn’t a hotel but a private bolthole for those seeking ultimate relaxation and luxury. There are only five rooms at Villa 32, two Japanese suites and three European Suites. All suites come equipped with luxurious amenities including Bang & Olufsen electronics, Hermes cutlery and skin care by L’Occitane and Dermalogica. The Matsu and Sakura suites are light, airy and minimalistic, keeping to a very strict Japanese design. Expect paper sliding doors, low furniture and a tranquil Japanese rock garden. The Azure is a gorgeous suite with simple interiors that give way to the stunning views of the misty geothermal valley. For a more luxurious stay, hole up in the Jade or Crystal suite, split over two levels, they include a hot and cold spring pool perfect for the complete spa treatment.
