It happens all too often; you pick a city and instantly head to the internet to find out where to stay, what to do, where to eat. Following the usual tourist trail. But that style of travel doesn\u2019t embrace why we fell in love with travel in the first place; it doesn\u2019t encourage the random discoveries and exploration that have become such an integral part of how we like to travel.<\/p>\n

Travellers used to embark on adventures with little pre-conception as to what they\u2019d find upon reaching a destination.\u00a0And when they got there, it was all about talking to the locals, asking them for tips and recommendations, not interrogating the internet or guide book.<\/p>\n

Why? We wanted to rediscover the romance and freedom of travelling, to encourage others to get off the tourist trail and to uncover a city in a totally unique way. So we\u2019ve created Twenty Questions to help you do just that. It’s full of our favorite discoveries, but it’s also full of questions to\u00a0ask the locals to help mould your own, unique journey, and to enable you to uncover all the local secrets. Things you may not find online.<\/p>\n
