  1. By submitting an answer and your details you will be automatically entered into the competition.<\/li>\n
  2. The competition prize is non-transferable and there is no cash alternative provided.<\/li>\n
  3. The competition is open to those aged 18 or over, excluding employees of Black Tomato Limited, the\u00a0affiliated Aspen Snowmass\u00a0tourist boards, their families, cohabitants, agents and anyone connected to the promotion.<\/li>\n
  4. The closing date for entry to the competition is Friday 12th February 2016.<\/li>\n
  5. All flights, accommodation and travel are subject to booking and flight availability. Dates will be at the discretion of the tour provider. Blackout dates are included.<\/li>\n
  6. The prize trip leaves from and returns to London\u00a0depending on flight availability at the time. If you are from outside the UK, you will have to fund your own travels to get to and from the departing UK airport.<\/li>\n
  7. A limit of only one registration \/ entry per person will be accepted.<\/li>\n
  8. The prize is non-refundable, non-transferable, has no cash alternative and has no cancelation value once booked. Prize includes return flights, a 6 night itinerary\u00a0for two across Denver, Aspen and Snowmass. Does not include food (unless stated), supplies, spending money or expenses.<\/li>\n
  9. All prize travel will be subject to the flight carrier\u2019s Conditions of Carriage.<\/li>\n
  10. Please refer to Black Tomato\u2019s Privacy Policy at\u00a0\/our-privacy-policy\/<\/a>regarding the collection, use and storage of personal information.<\/li>\n
  11. Registrations must be completed by the registrant only at this website.\u00a0 Registrations made by any other individual or any entity, and\/or originating at any other internet web site or e-mail address, including but not limited to commercial competitions, subscription, notification and\/or entering service sites, will be declared invalid and disqualified from this draw. The use of any device to automate the registration process is prohibited.<\/li>\n

Black Tomato reserves the right to select an alternative winner, remove an entrant or withhold or modify a prize in the event that there are reasonable grounds for believing that a winner or entrant has contravened any term or condition of entry or in the event that Black Tomato has reasonable grounds for believing that the winner or entrant has acted or may act in a manner that could damage the reputation of Black Tomato, any company associated with Black\u00a0Tomato or any brand or product associated with either Black\u00a0Tomato or any affiliate company of Black\u00a0Tomato. \u00a0Black\u00a0Tomato shall not be required to provide any explanation in the event of it exercising any of its rights under this paragraph.<\/li>\n
  13. No responsibility can be accepted for entries lost, delayed, misdirected, damaged or undelivered. Incomplete, inaudible, unsuitable and\/or illegible entries will be disqualified. \u00a0Black\u00a0Tomato shall not be responsible for technical errors in telecommunications networks, internet access or otherwise preventing entry to any competition.<\/li>\n
  14. The results of the competition prize draw are final and no correspondence will be entered into.<\/li>\n
  15. The competition prize winner may be required to participate in any post-event publicity.<\/li>\n
