Right now, we\u2019re having a bit of a love affair with the Colombian coffee bean. Benefiting from the protection of the Andes mountain range and the rich climate of the Andean rainforest; it\u2019s little wonder that Colombia\u2019s coffee is so rich in flavor and provides around 12% of the world\u2019s coffee.<\/p>\n
It\u2019s the spectacular setting in which these beans are grown that really gets our imagination going each time we sip a fresh brew. Colombia\u2019s coffee triangle is so lush and spectacular, most travellers visiting this vibrant country wouldn’t dream of missing it off their itinerary. A tour of the coffee triangle will invariably take you to one of our favorite spots in Colombia – the mystical Cocora Valley, whose wax palms disappear into the low lying clouds above. You\u2019ll also enter the departments of Caldas and Risaralda where you\u2019ll stumble across anything from plantation to sleepy town.<\/p>\n
