There are actually five different room categories to choose from here but our personal favorite has to be the three stand-alone lodges. Nestled in the undergrowth with their own private entrance through a winding walkway lined with wild flowers, these rooms have separate living rooms, large contemporary bathrooms with oversized tubs and cosy bedrooms where king size beds are low-lit with warm pink-tinged lighting. But best of all are the private balconies where you can sink into your Jacuzzi and watch the sunset over the sea, champagne optional\u2026<\/p>\n
Well, if you\u2019re anything like us you\u2019ll be sold already, but just in case, we should probably mention the hotel\u2019s sumptuous Spa where almost all the products are\u00a0 sourced from naturally occurring elements found on the island. Special mention should also go to one of R\u00e9union’s most experimental restaurants, Le Makassar.
