Despite its remote position, access couldn\u2019t be easier with a quick flight in from Dar es Salaam or from one of the \u2018bush runways’ located throughout the country. Situated in close proximity to the Mara River, the Lamai is elevated up above the granite outcrops and scattered woodland that is so typical of this part of Tanzania. From your privileged position game spotting is a doddle with lions, leopards and vast herds of wildebeest meandering past the bottom of the kopje.<\/p>\n
