Balboa Bay Resort\u2019s two restaurants, A&O Kitchen+Bar and Waterline, offer gourmet, coastal-inspired menus right by the water, and choosing between them was often a challenge. However, A&O became a particular favorite of ours, thanks to its warming and atmospheric fire pits and deliciously creative cocktails.
