We loved working with Black Tomato to plan the honeymoon of our dreams! Staff listened closely to our passions and desires for this experience and built an adventure that felt tailor-made to us as a couple. During the trip, our every need was attended to and planned for in advance. Working with the local crew was spectacular – they were both planful as well as flexible in our itinerary and daily activities and they went above and beyond to make sure we had a magical time. We enjoyed activities that were both touristy as well as rooted in the local Moroccan life, and at the end of the day returned to luxury and pampering. We have, and will continue to, highly recommend Black Tomato to anyone looking to have a truly out-of-this world time.
Excellent planning and experience
Our Italy vacation exceeded my expectations. The hotels were the best in the cities. The tours were top notch. The transportation was luxurious. Our travel advisor, Tom Harding, was very helpful and responsive to anything we needed prior and during our trip. I highly recommend Black Tomato for planning the perfect luxury vacation! I can’t wait to use their services again.
Black Tomato is amazing! What a detailed and organized presentation of the itinerary! I discussed over the phone everything that I wanted to do and in a certain time frame and they came up with an incredible itinerary in my budget. They worked with me on any changes and my trip was complete. When I got to the airport my car was waiting and so was a complete packet from Black Tomato with all of my hotel and tour confirmations and vouchers. Also included were detailed instructions and directions on where I needed to be, how to get there and when I should be there. They make it so simple that it is hard to make a mistake. All of the hotel and restaurant recommendations were excellent! In addition to the details and organized packet there is also an app you can download which includes your itinerary, maps, directions and even a place to keep notes about your incredible journey! When we got home a welcome home gift was waiting for us. The incredible extra touches makes Black Tomato stand out amoung the rest. You have to use them for your next vacation!! I would definitely recommend using Black Tomato when planning a vacation. They were all very helpful and responded quickly to us. They tailored one of their Tahiti options for my wife and I for our honeymoon. It was absolutely fantastic. The activities they picked were great and they were happy to set up additional / modify existing activities to fit what we wanted. We will definitely be using Black Tomato in the future for all our big getaway vacations.
Black Tomato is the best-we have used them twice and would use them again in a heartbeat. The tours and hotels are tops and they go above and beyond to make your experience great. The staff at Black Tomato work with you design great and individualized trips and they truly are. We recently had an incident in Thailand where our friend had to go to the hospital, and we were immediately transported over 1 hour away (as we were staying in a very remote-gorgeous hotel on the water) and they were with us every step of the way. The Black Tomato experiences are always our best trips and we travel quite a bit. Try it…you’ll like it.
We used Black Tomato for the first time to go to South Africa for two weeks and will use them a lot again in the future. All of the logistical pieces of the vacation are booked reliably and you never have to think about how to get from one place to the other. The knowledge/experience of the travel coordinators was the best part, they know where you want to stay and what you want to do. Use Black Tomato, it’s well worth it.
As a seasoned traveler, I was reluctant using a travel agency to plan a trip. However since I was going to Vietnam, I thought I could use some help. Black Tomato’s service is extraordinary.
