An island brimming with color and bursting with scent and sound, there’s more to a luxury vacation in Jamaica than power-soft sand. This is a place where the rhythm of the steel drum is carried on a breeze scented with creole spices, and where hummingbirds kiss the gaudy flowers in the afternoon heat. Jamaica offers every bit of the effervescent island life you might imagine. Kick back on Runaway Bay, or hit up the Bob Marley Museum. There’s no rush.
Tune in and turn up. Jamaica – it’s fair to say – is among the most musical of our destinations. It practically comes with its own playlist. From cane sugar and ginger beer to the former home of Sir Noël Coward; from the beachside bars where Ian Fleming dreamt up Bond to the verdant coffee plantations of the majestic Blue Mountains, Jamaica is as easy-going as it is irresistible.
Small islands carry big beaches. On a private tour to Jamaica with Black Tomato we’ll show you the best, and wave dismissively at the rest.
