We’re looking for a Digital Copywriter to grow our brand through crafting compelling narratives and high-impact messaging. We’re looking for someone to create and strategically share content with a diverse group of stakeholders within the company. Whether it’s writing digital to help customer engagement, drafting email copy or creating new SEO landing pages you’ll need to empathize, influence, and communicate with different audience members. If you have a passion for marketing and writing about travel and wider subject points that influence travel here is your chance to leave your mark.

It is essential that you are a creative thinker and writer with excellent grammar. You will have to show an ability and appetite for managing and delivering your own projects.

What you’ll do:

  • You will create concise, engaging and creative copy across digital marketing and sales collateral.
  • You will research, write and edit in accordance with the content marketing strategy.
  • You will optimize every piece of copy created using knowledge of SEO.
  • You will upload content onto our website using a CMS (WordPress)
  • You’ll review content published and work on extracting more value and promotional opportunity from them.
  • You will work between the Content and Product teams and our SEO agency to ensure tone of voice and brand standards are met.
  • You will produce a high volume of copy, adhering to our in-house KPIs.
  • You will take ownership of your own projects, receiving briefs and building new assets on our website, including articles, product write ups, overlays and more.

Who you are:

  • You have a thirst for learning, you enjoy problem-solving and are confident and ambitious in your ability.
  • You love creating original messages that influence and move people.
  • You are a skilled and intuitive copywriter –  snappy five-word headlines are great, but we like beautiful, smart, thought-provoking long copy just as much.

  • You have a keen eye for detail and hate typos and bad grammar.
  • You are creative in the way you write and the comms ideas you produce.
  • You are able to keep up with tight deadlines, rigid KPIs and luxury industry-level standards.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 years’ experience writing for a wide variety of B2C clients.

Studio Black Tomato is an award-winning content creation agency within The Black Tomato Group. We work with a growing portfolio of international brands to produce standout campaigns across the luxury lifestyle sector, and we’re looking for an Account Manager to join the team.

The person should have a bright and energetic attitude to work, and be happy to travel the world to deliver amazing client campaigns. Creativity and organisation are key qualities that you should possess in equal measure, as you’ll be involved in the ideation and delivery of campaigns, as well as being responsible for the daily management of client accounts. A passion for copywriting is also an essential component to the role.

What you’ll do:

  • Excellent client management is central to this role. You will be client-facing on designated campaigns and responsible for building and maintaining those relationships.
  • Deliver top quality campaigns with careful planning and execution, meaning organisational skills are paramount.
  • Map out financial forecasts and schedules to deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • Bring a good eye for design and a new creative mind to the team; our account managers are involved from ideation onwards.
  • Write engaging copy to sell ideas to clients, and subsequently bring those ideas to life. The ability to communicate clearly through copy is essential, as this will span all aspects of your role – from writing daily client emails, campaign proposals and editorial content, to storyboarding, newsletters, social media and beyond.
  • Work across a variety of mediums (including print, digital, video, events etc).
  • Track and report on campaigns for your clients, while analysing any particular highs or lows in engagement.
  • Travel is a regular feature, so this is a great opportunity for anyone with a thirst for discovering new places.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years previous experience of account management (client-facing preferable).
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask on many different projects at any given time.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • An interest and awareness in current marketing trends.
  • Ability to work autonomously, while also being part of a close-knit team.
  • An understanding of branding and tonality.
  • Experience of WordPress ideal, but not essential.
  • Experience of Photostore ideal, but not essential.

Extensive destination knowledge and the passion to continually stay on top of ‘what’s hot and what’s not’ in your specialist areas in order to ensure we are offering our clients genuinely cutting-edge advice.

Ability to work closely with our marketing and product teams to share ideas that will keep our brand and product range fresh.

Understanding and experience of using a GDS for flight bookings (Galileo preferable).

High level of commercialism when working with suppliers and pricing trips to ensure that we are as competitive as possible from a ‘value’ perspective.

Keen attention to detail to ensure that all trips sold are executed perfectly on the ground and that all client correspondence is of the highest possible standard.

Exceptional communication and organisational skills throughout the booking to offer the best customer service before, during and after the trip.
