Just 10 minutes from downtown and 20 from the airport, you’ll feel worlds away whilst having everything at your fingertips. Pick up one of the complimentary retro Linus bicycles and find yourself in the heart of the Hancock neighborhood with its independent shops and restaurants and vibrant Hyde Park. Or, take to the water and set off kayaking across Lady Bird Lake with a Commodore Perry picnic to enjoy on the banks.

Your Room

The majority of Commodore Perry’s 52 rooms and suites can be found in the Inn where Juliet balconies and courtyard terraces overlook the Estate’s ornate gardens. Inside, you’ll find elegant interiors brought to life through heirloom pieces, custom furnishings and cocktail carts that come stocked to your tastebuds. Showing off the property’s artistic flair, each room also features an ‘Estate Sale’ where curated items from local artists and purveyors are available to purchase. Where the Suites at the Inn take on identities inspired by the flora of the gardens, over in the Mansion itself you’ll find the Mansion Suites which instead take their cue from history. Brimming with personality, these suites tell a story and in turn now offer the perfect base from which to set your own narrative.
