1. By submitting your email address you will automatically be entered into both the competition and the email databases of Black Tomato and Anthropologie. You can stop receiving these at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of these emails.
  2. The competition prize is non-refundable, non-transferable, has no cash alternative and has no cancelation value once booked. Prize includes round trips, a 10 night itinerary for two to Sri Lanka and one £1,000 e-gift card to spend at Anthropologie stores or at anthropologie.com. Does not include food (unless stated), supplies, spending money or expenses.
  3. The competition is open to those aged 18 or over, excluding employees of Black Tomato Limited and Anthropologie, their families, cohabitants, agents and anyone connected to the promotion.
  4. The closing date for entry to the competition is midnight GMT Sunday 24th April 2016.
  5. Winner will be announced before midnight GMT on 9th May 2016
  6. Winners must accept their prize by midnight GMT 16th May 2016. In the event that prize is not accepted, the winner will be redrawn.
  7. Prize and travel must be confirmed by winner before 13th of June through Black Tomato.
  8. All flights, accommodation and travel are subject to booking and flight availability. Dates will be at the discretion of the tour provider. Blackout dates are included between 16th December 2016 – 17th April 2017. The prize cannot be redeemed after 30th April 2017.
  9. The prize trip leaves from and returns to London depending on flight availability at the time. If you are from outside the UK, you will have to fund your own travels to get to and from the departing UK airport.
  10. The £1000 Anthropologie e-gift card will be delivered to the email address the winner has used to enter the competition.
  11. A limit of only one registration / entry per person will be accepted.
  12. All prize travel will be subject to the flight carrier’s Conditions of Carriage.

  14. Registrations must be completed by the registrant only. Registrations made by any other individual or any entity, including but not limited to commercial competitions, subscription, notification and/or entering service sites, will be declared invalid and disqualified from this draw. The use of any device to automate the registration process is prohibited.
  15. Black Tomato and Anthropologie reserves the right to select an alternative winner, remove an entrant or withhold or modify a prize in the event that there are reasonable grounds for believing that a winner or entrant has contravened any term or condition of entry or in the event that Black Tomato or Anthropologie has reasonable grounds for believing that the winner or entrant has acted or may act in a manner that could damage the reputation of Black Tomato or Anthropologie, any company associated with Black Tomato or Anthropologie, or any brand or product associated with either Black Tomato, Anthropologie or any affiliate companies.  Black Tomato and Anthropologie shall not be required to provide any explanation in the event of it exercising any of its rights under this paragraph.
  16. No responsibility can be accepted for entries lost, delayed, misdirected, damaged or undelivered. Incomplete, inaudible, unsuitable and/or illegible entries will be disqualified.  Black Tomato and Anthropologie shall not be responsible for technical errors in telecommunications networks, internet access or otherwise preventing entry to any competition.
  17. The results of the competition prize draw are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  18. The competition prize winner may be required to participate in any post-event publicity.
  19. By registering, all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. All entry instructions form part of these Terms and Conditions.
  20. Black Tomato Ltd and Anthropologie Europe reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time.
  21. Our decisions are final and we reserve the right not to enter into detailed responses with you.
