Perfect safari experience.

The two camps (Kigelia in Ruaha and Sand Rivers in Selous) were very different but both excellent. The tranquility of the tented camp at Kigelia and the luxury of the lodge at Sand Rivers each gave opportunities to experience a wide variety of African wildlife and terrain. We particularly enjoyed the fly camp and boat safari (at Sand Rivers) and the night safari (at Kigelia). Our personal guide in each camp was excellent and gave us the opportunity to observe at close range the animals and birds and also to better understand the life cycle of the wild life and the bush. The camps provided excellent accommodation and outstanding food and hospitality. Especially and surprisingly for our fly camp sleeping in the bush!! All the staff made the vacation very special. The internal flights worked perfectly and added to the excitement of the trip. Our stay at the beach resort, Breezes in Zanzibar, at the end of our safari provided a great opportunity to relax in total luxury and take in some of the local culture in both Stone Town and the spice farms. Black Tomato put together a well structured itinerary which met all of our expectations plus a few extra unexpected touches. We could not have had a more amazing and enjoyable experience.
