WHY WE LIKE IT
As well as having the most idyllic pool, the Butterfly House has the perfect restaurant to match it, Anna Banana. At the heart of the hotel lies the lively restaurant where guests are able to dine on sharing platters of aromatic delicacies conjured up by the creative Brazilian chef Elias Feitosa. Part experimental kitchen part Brazilian living room this place is a treat for the eyes and the mouth. Our favorite bit is the stunning views of the sunset over the glistening ocean.
