Next, cruise through the rolling Italian countryside to the Italian Riviera. Or perhaps you’d rather zoom to the coast behind the wheel of a Ferrari or an Alfa Romeo? You guessed it, we can arrange it. You’ll spend the next two nights at the Hotel Splendido, overlooking a charming bay of pastel buildings and elegant boats. It is set in an ex-monastery, perched high amongst wooded hills with ravishing seascapes. Movie star charisma oozes from this impeccably discreet retreat, and trust us, this place is the perfect antidote to the pace and modernity of Milan.
Ancient hamlets and pristine bays
Cinque Terre is one of the secret wonders of Italy, made up of five tiny villages clinging precariously to a stretch of rocky coastal cliffs. You’ll enjoy a private excursion through these untouched gems — only recently reachable by road, but much more fun to access by boat.
Afterwards, wander along the seafront through olive groves, lemon trees and terraced vineyards. We can arrange a private speedboat so you can have pristine bays all to yourself, or pump up the adrenaline skimming the sea at speed.
