Dwarika’s is home to 86 sumptuous rooms and suites, each with its own individual style. We love the authentic furnishings, think luxurious, warm fabrics and antique period furniture. All the rooms come with modern amenities and some have inviting four-poster beds, and large sunken bathtubs, perfect for a soak after a few days of trekking.
Why we like it
We love the hotel’s tradition and uniqueness, and it’s a great insight into Nepalese heritage. We loved the culinary experiences at the hotel, where Dwarika’s chefs use local cooking techniques to produce cuisine of highly original quality including a note-worthy Nepali tasting menu (up to 22 courses). We loved the massages at the Pancha Kosha Spa whose influences come from ancient Himalayan traditions are the perfect remedy for those aching muscles post-trek.
