Location

Sitting at a height of 6035 feet, Colorado Springs is a short 1hr30min drive from Denver and the resort is located in the South West of the town. It is a 20 minute drive away from Colorado Springs Airport and in the heart of the action so seeing the sites couldn’t be easier.  It is home to the US Olympic committee and the US air Force Academy.

Your room

Your home for the stay could be anything from a standard Queen room to a two bedroom suite. All rooms have a balcony or patio from which you have views of the arresting scenery. Their large glass double doors means the 300 days of sunlight the area enjoys pours in.

Why we like it

Location, location, location. Colorado Springs has so much to offer and even if you do everything recommended you will feel like you ran out of time. For spectacular scenery, drive up Pikes Peak or take a railway trip to Royal Gorge. The historical offerings such as Garden of the Gods and the Old Colorado City cannot be missed and pick up authentic and artistic Colorado souvenirs in their quirky shops. For something different, book a table in the Airplane restaurant, where 42 passengers can actually eat inside the Boeing KC-97 Tanker. Go hiking, biking, white water rafting or visit the many historical and creative museums. Climb 224 steps or ride the in mountain elevator up the Seven Waterfall. Need I go on…?
