Santa Monica is synonymous with its wide-open beaches and pounding surf, yet still leaves you within easy reach of Hollywood, LA’s incredible contemporary art galleries, luxury and vintage shopping and immaculate golf courses. A stroll here would not be complete without venturing down its famous pier, either.

When it comes to luxury in LA, the stakes are pretty high but the Viceroy doesn’t disappoint; expect a gigantic doughy bed and a luxurious marbled bathroom laden with some very select products for a spot of extra pampering.
why we like it
The pool would be reason enough, but this is LA and staying at the Viceroy grants you a certain degree of kudos. Plus the eclectic yet immaculate styling is a feast for anyone with an eye for design.
