In Texas Hill Country | A Case Study

This thirty-strong group came to us with a starry-eyed vision: to witness a total solar eclipse over the North American continent. Working closely with our dedicated team, they landed on an exquisitely celestial way to get together and mark the occasion.

On a private ranch in Texan hill country, we lined up horseback rides, roping lessons, Texan BBQs, whisky tastings, and chef’s dinners – all before a blowout finale beneath the darkened sky. The memories still have their group chat lighting up like the stars.

In the wilds of Costa Rica | A Case Study

Ranging from 5 to 80, the needs of this multigenerational family were different indeed. Our dedicated team met their brief with a private beachfront estate in Costa Rica – for surf lessons, rainforest ziplining, wildlife safaris, and a huge New Year’s Eve celebration – even turning the clocks forward for the kids to enjoy their very own ‘midnight’.

Along the way, we ensured that childcare, mealtimes, and logistics came off with effortless precision – thoughtfully balancing every age, interest, and energy level in the group to bring everyone beautifully together.
