Visit the Bistro and taste the essence of Sweden in a menu based around a smorgasbord of Swedish ingredients such as mustard, horseradish and dill. Aside from the innovative design, incredible location and delicious food, the hotel has one further hold on our affections that comes in the form of its celebrity owner, Benny Andersson of ABBA. It doesn’t get much more Swedish than that.
