With close proximity to all 4 areas and only 10 minutes to the slopes and 10 minutes to the airport, a trip to St Regis is effortless, quick and easy.  A wander to the restaurants, shops and entertainment on offer in Aspen will only take 10 minutes, too. Close to everything you could need, winter or summer. Sounds good to us.

WHY WE LIKE IT

Overlooking stunning Aspen Mountain, it was St Regis’ very own bar and restaurant that had us hooked. Shadow Mountain Lodge welcomes you with a roaring open fire, custom designed furnishings and a menu hosting indulgent winter warmers that will leave you so sunk into your chesterfield sofa you’ve forgotten what the word ‘ski’ even means… cue the roast s’mores, homemade hot cider, nightcap and champagne. And if you come back more than once (like we did) there’s a wide selection of cocktails, aperitifs, wines and beers to keep you busy. This place is tailor-made for those après ski muscles craving a bit of time out by the fire, whether it’s a cozy up with your fellow skiers, admiring the stunning mountain views or literally just falling asleep.
