Wherever possible, this will include 100% refunds and fee-free postponements on new State of Flex bookings* should any Covid complications arise between booking and travel, up to 30 days before departure.

We’ve thought long and hard about how we can provide you, our clients, with the reassurance to book your much-deserved getaways and experiences – replacing angst with anticipation, and ensuring that you won’t miss out on those trips that are already being booked up for 2022. This is the result.

What does ‘flex’ really mean?

State of Flex is our way of returning the excitement to travel – empowering you to look ahead to your trip safe in the knowledge that should things change, you won’t lose out.

So, how does it work? Easy.

  • You pay just a 10% deposit to secure your trip
  • You only have to pay the balance 12 weeks before travel
  • Should you cancel, due to Covid complications, we’ll return 100% of your money – deposit included, providing you cancel at least 30 days prior to your departure.
  • Or you can move your dates without incurring additional fees

What it means for you

The key thing to remember is that as long as you cancel or postpone your dates at least 30 days before you depart, we will not charge you.

*Where each of our trips are wholly personalized and bespoke, there may be some extremely exceptional circumstances where a very unique element of your trip has to be secured on a non-refundable basis.  If that’s the case, we’ll explain that up front. However, we aim to apply State of Flex to as many clients, bookings and experiences as possible.

Because State of Flex will apply to most but not all new bookings – when we present you with your personalized quotation and itinerary, we’ll explain our cancellation terms right away. The payment and cancellation terms in our Booking Conditions will apply to all other bookings.

For those booking very last-minute travel, or who want to cancel or rebook under 30 days, we will still do everything we can to accommodate and support you. Our Travel Experts are always on hand to help and guide you.
