From Wales to Genoa. It makes sense when you learn that my father was an Italian chef. It was in his homeland, under the tutelage of my Nonna, that I learned to make fresh ravioli – and from where I got my first glimpse of a world beyond the Atlantic coast of Britain.

When I was seven, my mother took us exploring around the Mediterranean. Tuscany, Santorini, Barcelona – all of them so close and yet so mind-blowingly different. In years since, I’ve extended my expertise to Australia and Japan. If you’re interested in these countries, then there’s a very good chance you’ll talk to me.

As a Travel Expert, the largest part of my job involves translating these places – and the memories and feelings I have of them – into trips that you can embark on for yourself. It’s about helping you to pursue your own passions and curiosities, and to discover something new along the way.
