Back Back

Whether you’re three generations’ worth of family looking to connect over ancient cultures, a group of friends looking to unearth your next adventure – or a little bit of both coming together to raise a toast; we’ve got the perfect group holiday covered. Expertly crafted to encompass everything from celebrating life’s biggest milestones to spontaneous weekend getaways and packed full of exclusive experiences that you won’t soon forget; let’s get the gang together.

Why are you travelling?

For a Celebration

Celebrations often mark some of life’s biggest moments – so it’s crucial that they’re done right. Some of the best celebrations are those spent discovering new destinations and cultures, but deciding the who, the where and the what, can seem an impossible task. We’ve been planning celebratory holidays for over a decade now, so whether it’s a week-long party for 50 or a round-the-world trip for two, let us put the champagne on ice and give you a hand to help make this one to remember.

It's a Big Milestone

Milestone moments deserve epic backdrops and exclusive experiences but it’s not always easy knowing just where to find them. That’s where we come in. If you’re looking to organise a trip that knocks all others out of the park, we’ve got a trick or two up our sleeves. Think helicopters in New Zealand, private islands in the Mediterranean and snowmobile safaris in Iceland and you’re just about scraping the tip of the iceberg. From the big and the bold to the private and the enchanting, mark your milestone in style.

We're a Multi-Generational Family

From tiny tots to adventurous grandparents, some of the best holidays are those where the whole family is on-board. But just how do you keep two, three, four generations entertained? Multi-generational getaways can be a challenge – so let us take the stress off your hands and introduce you to our all-star line-up of destinations, perfect for growing families, and lay on a whole host of exclusive experiences that everyone will love while we’re at it. All that’s left for you to do is sit back and enjoy time in the company of your loved ones.

Friends and Family Get Together

In a world where everyone seems to be increasingly busier and diaries get booked up months in advance, getting away with a group of family and friends can feel like a logistical nightmare. Planning a holiday shouldn’t be stressful, so, with that in mind, hand over your guest-list and diaries and allow us to do the rest. Our experts are on hand to whittle the world and your calendars down to help you all escape together – and once you get there? We’ll make sure it’s a trip no-one can forget with some of the most exclusive experiences awaiting your arrival. Breakfast on the Great Wall anyone?

Motivating or rewarding your staff

Tailormade travel experiences can do more than recharge the batteries and bring families together; used in the right way, they can motivate and inspire a team, increase productivity, strengthen workplace connections and improve staff retention. That’s where our dedicated events experts at Black Tomato Agency lead the way. Some of the clients we've helped over the years

Total isolation in a completely bespoke setting

For a couple wanting to celebrate their 30th wedding anniversary in style, we organised a luxury camping experience in bespoke pop-up tents set within the Wahiba Sands desert in Oman. Here, we filled their days with quad biking, camel rides and unrivalled stargazing to create a truly romantic and memorable trip.

Own a private yacht but want to charter another elsewhere to experience different waters and to capture it all on film to remember over the years to come.

For a family looking for a new perspective on luxury travel to celebrate a milestone birthday, we planned a trip sailing around the unexplored and pristine Mergui Archipelago in Myanmar. We even arranged a world-renowned drone photographer to capture it all.

A group flying in from all over the world for a multi-generational celebration needed to figure out a place that wasn’t too far or too difficult for them and all their distant relatives.

As if Argentina wasn’t epic enough already, we wanted to make this special family get-together truly memorable. After spending hours kayaking on Huechulafquen Lake, we arranged for a barrel of floating champagne to meet them in the centre, a huge highlight for them and a total surprise. Later in the trip, we also arranged for the group to blend and label their own wine, which they then enjoyed at a private Tango show and lesson. To keep the trip alive, we even shipped crates of their blend back home for them to enjoy on return.

How to do safari for the first-time whilst considering little ones and malaria concerns – as well as a number of significant birthdays.

A big family celebration to South Africa with too many special moments to mention, this was multi-gen meets milestone meets celebration and quite possibly our biggest challenge to date. From early morning yoga classes listening to the call of the wild, to fancy dress bush dinners and a screening under the stars of the birthday girls’ favourite film, Out of Africa, we crafted a trip this group would never forget.

Last minute panic, a plan fell through and needed a hotel for a week-long party for 50 people

We were asked to help organise a week-long 40th birthday party for 50 people and after looking at a few great options all over the world, the winner could only be Borgo Egnazia in Italy. Complete with a private fireworks display, group cooking lessons, exclusive winery tours and a boat trip to a secluded cove for a beach party like no other, this was a trip to remember.

Surprise anniversary where secrecy was key

For a no-holds-barred trip to celebrate a couple’s 30th wedding anniversary, we planned a highly exclusive trip to Argentina where everything from jets, restaurants and luxury camps were privatised. Accessible only by helicopter, they enjoyed aperitifs atop Ventisqueros Glacier before a night beneath the stars with a candlelit dinner on the riverbank at their private camp in an uncharted location deep with the Patagonian Valley.

Nine members of a multi-generational family each gave us their three priorities for their next holiday, totalling 27 things we had to incorporate

In search of somewhere that would keep everybody happy, we took over a private island in The Grenadines for a week, filling it with extravagant beach parties, a flotilla of sailboats for days out at sea and a night-time outing for the little ones to watch turtles hatch on the shore – while the parents had a lavish beach barbecue.

Connecting countries because two families had different ideas of what they wanted to do

For the ultimate combination which offered everybody something of what they were looking for, we organised an all-encompassing 20-night trip to Indonesia and Australia. From heli-surfing Bali’s best waves to private temple fire dances and luxurious camping in the shadow of Uluru to private islands on the Great Barrier Reef, this trip made for a luxurious mix of culture, wildlife and relaxation and was thoroughly enjoyed by all.

A big birthday planned years in advance to ensure it was the best birthday imaginable.

For a husband who came to us two years in advance to plan a 50th birthday his wife would never forget, we organised exclusive use of Aman Venice for them and their friends and turned it into their own private palazzo on the Grand Canal. We then filled the weekend with unforgettable experiences with everything from a bespoke treasure hunt around the canals of Venice to a private classical concert in the hotel grounds.
