Spend the next day zip lining through the jungle canopy, trekking and horse riding around the Masaya Volcano range and having a crack at perhaps the most extreme activity in the world - volcano surfing. In Cerro Negro you can ride the ‘ring of fire’ as you surf down the side of the volcano, passing over still warm ashes. A simply phenomenal experience.
