From the airport, you’ll be transferred to the Four Seasons Buenos Aires, where complete with swimming pool, you’ll have the perfect city refuge. With so much to see in the city, you’ll be guided by Black Tomato’s knowledgeable team of guides, starting with two of Argentina’s greatest passions; food and Tango. You’ll enjoy a hands-on cooking class where your family will learn to make tasty empanadas and try varieties of Helados, Argentina’s take on ice-cream. For the next couple of days, we’ll show you the best of the city on a private tour according to age and interest of your family. We’ll visit the best graffiti murals in La Boca and offer you and the family the chance to meet with a local Fileteado artist who will commission your own piece of custom-made art. A historic style recognized by UNESCO as part of Argentina’s Intangible Cultural Heritage, Fileteado uses a playful combination of colours, letters, and lines to offer an insight into the creative soul of La Boca. For sports, lovers make sure to head to La Boca, the colourful neighbourhood that’s home to the famous Boca Juniors Football team. For a truly authentic city experience, we can arrange for you to watch a match at the home of Argentinian football. For dinner we can arrange a traditional Argentinian Parilla or once the kids have settled down for the night why not enjoy a private wine tasting experience with an expert sommelier to take you through the countries best Malbecs.

Into the wilderness of Bariloche

From Buenos Aires you’ll make the short two-hour flight down to Bariloche, Argentina’s epic Lake District set in the northern region of Patagonia. We’ll then whisk you to the peaceful retreat of Villa Beluno, your base for the next four nights. Set on the shores of Lake Nahuel Huapi, it’s the perfect family-friendly base for a range of exciting outdoor activities. Surrounded by nothing but pristine nature you can do as little or as much as you desire. We recommend getting out on the lake with a private guide and enjoying a kayaking adventure where you’ll split off in a scenic and secluded location for a picnic lunch. We can also arrange a stunning private yacht to take you and the family out cruising the impressively deep blue and pristine waters of Lake Nahuel Huapi on a truly memorable trip through the national park. You’ll make a landing on Victoria Island where you’ll enjoy guided nature walks and a gourmet picnic brimming with treats. We can even arrange an overnight campout here, if you like. Meanwhile, why not hop on a bike and head into the wilderness to explore the mountains and lakes on a cycling tour with all the family.

To soothe those aching muscles after all that action, Villa Beluno also houses a plentiful spa in which to unwind. After four nights of blissful adventure and relaxation, you’ll then head back to Buenos Aires to catch your flight home with memories to last a lifetime.
