With such a rich history, you can’t help but fall for Pousada de Sao Tiago’s charms. Dine out on the spacious terrace or feast on Iberian Ham and Paella in the Spanish-style restaurant La Paloma, before retiring for after-dinner drinks in the chic Cascata Bar. For those who can’t stand to be without their four o’clock cuppa, the hotel even offers afternoon tea to give you a home-from-home you might find hard to leave.
