Location
Located in the Ötztal mountains of western Austria, Hotel Das Central is part of one of the most renowned ski destinations in the Alps: Sölden. Encircled by snow-covered summits, glacier-coated slopes, and frozen forests, you’ll explore this winter (or summer) wonderland to your heart’s content. From here, you’re also just a short cable car ride away from the gourmet restaurant, ice Q, and the James Bond cinematic installation, 007 ELEMENTS.
Your room
Featuring chic wooden interiors, soft lighting, and open fireplaces, the minimalist design of Hotel Das Central radiates Tyrolean charm. The rooms and suites overlook a unique mountain panorama, offering striking views of majestic mountains and glittering blankets of snow. If we had our pick, we’d opt for the Presidential Suite – with a private sauna and terrace complete with a jacuzzi. It’s the perfect way to unwind. Simply sink into warm soothing waters as you breathe in the crisp mountain air.
Why we like it
Between exploring the mesmerizing frozen terrain and indulging in exclusive spa treatments, the delights of Hotel Das Central make for the perfect winter escape. But it can also be enjoyed in summertime (perhaps even more so).
