Located on a 130,000 acre private nature reserve in North-western Belize on Gallon-jug estate this eco-haven has an abundance of activities on its doorstep.  You can reach the lodge via a 30 minute charter flight from most locations across Belize or alternatively take the scenic route and rent a 4-wheel drive straight to the door.

Choose from 12 thatched roof cabanas or if you are travelling with the family choose the beautiful 2-bedroom villa. Each of these tropical havens is beautifully decorated in a traditional style with modern finishes. Relax on your private porch soaking up the sun in the peace and quiet of this jungle retreat.

Why we like it

We loved the feeling of being at one with nature here, whilst not compromising on luxury, surrounded by Mayan history, traditional culture and spectacular birdlife. Escaping from the daily grind requires a truly tranquil spot to unplug and for us, the charming Chan Chich Lodge is just what the doctor ordered.
