This fearless woman has gone from strength to strength in her career with a thirst for education. She has taught, received a Bachelor of Science in Florida and worked on the BVI tourist board. Eileen is a strong role model and believes in education for everyone. She writes, founded the Community Singers and the BVI Heritage Dance Company. Impressive stuff.

Striving to integrate tourism into the Caribbean culture, her projects centre around the transformation of old buildings, post offices and prisons into museums and streets into hubs for commerce. With many projects kicking off this year, there’s no better time to get to grips with the BVI’s vibrant culture.
