Ginger Elizabeth Hahn is a trained chocolatier and pastry chef, and the visionary behind this wonderland. Practicing classical techniques employed by many great chocolatiers before her, with a twist of her own creativity and imagination, she holds the ultimate understanding of the potential to produce exemplary creations. From old favourites to new, exotic flavours, step inside and prepare to have your senses tantalised and treated.

Hand select a box of little chocolate treats to share (or devour, we wouldn’t blame you) choosing from flavours ranging from earl grey, grapefruit fennel pollen and wildflower honey yogurt. Or looking to the ice-cream section (home to her famous macaroons), you’ll find brown butter and pumpkin or basil and pavlova meringue; but she also creates the classics, so don’t worry if you’re a traditional type. For us, not much beats a Ginger Elizabeth ice-cream in the Sacramento sun.
