Location

Mandalay Hill Resort sits at the bottom of the famed hill after which it takes its name, just an hours flight away from the city of Yangon. Why we like it?

The hotel’s location is what makes it so special. The views are spectacular and it is the perfect place to base yourself before venturing out to marvel at the surrounding monasteries, temples and pagodas. The spa treatments are definitely high on our list as well; enjoy a traditional reflexology treatment in the outdoor pavilion amidst the palm trees followed by a rejuvenating cup of herbal tea from the highlands of Myanmar.
