Snorkel around Italy’s UNESCO-listed Aeolian islands

Smouldering volcanoes, black sand beaches and glowing green grottos; the idyllic Aeolian Islands have beguiled geologists from around the world for thousands of years. Lying just north of Sicily, the volcanic archipelago was named after Aeolus, the Greek God of the Winds, and for years we’ve explored the seven UNESCO-listed islands to share with you our favourite honeymoon spot; Panarea Island.
